Open for Entries: The Babishai 2016 Babishaiku and Poetry Awards

Deadline: May 22 2016
Prizes: Category One – The top three winners will receive 150 USD each and participate in the 2016 Babishaiku mentorship programme. Category Two – The top two winners will receive 700 USD and 300 USD respectively and the top ten will be part of the 2016 Babishai mentorship programme and participate in various festivals across the world.

The Babishai Niwe Poetry Foundation is running two poetry competitions, the first is calling for haikus and the second for poems of not more than 40 lines. Both categories are only open to poets that have not published a full collection by May 2016.
