Melissa Volker Wins ROSA’s Strelitzia Award for Most Promising Novel of 2017

Congratulations to PEN SA member Melissa Volker, who won the Strelitzia Award for Most Promising Novel of 2017, for her novel Shadow Flicker, at the Romance Writers Organisation of South Africa (ROSA)‘s annual conference, which was held earlier this month.
