Albie Sachs Awarded Honorary Doctorate from Michigan State University

Congratulations to PEN SA member Albie Sachs, who has been awarded an honorary doctorate from Michigan State University, in the USA.

Two men who have made a tremendous impact on the betterment of society, especially in Africa, will be honored at Michigan State University’s 2018 convocation.

Justice Albie Sachs, a retired judge, author and human rights activist, will be awarded an honorary doctorate of laws during the undergraduate commencement.
