Type/Cast Literary Journal Open for Submissions for its Fifth Issue

Type/Cast Literary Journal is open for submissions from 26 February to 16 March 2018. Koleka Putuma will comes on board as the magazine’s guest editor for this issue. They are looking for fiction, non-fiction, and poetry.

The theme comes from Fiston Mwanza Mujila (author of Tram 83). In the Conversations Issue of the Johannesburg Review of Book, Mujila told Bongani Kona: Literature must remain a place of possibility, dream, extravagance, freedom and excess.

We ask for submissions that embody this sentiment.
