2015 PEN International New Voices Award Longlist Announced

The longlist for the 2015 PEN International New Voices Award has been announced, with South African Carien Smith, nominated by PEN Afrikaans, making the list with her story “Likkewaan”. Read PEN SA’s statement about its nominees.

“Moon Dog” by Rebecca F John (Wales PEN Cymru)

The shortlist of three will be announced in the coming weeks. The award will be presented on October 14 during the 81st PEN International Congress in Québec.
